Mazenda fights the Liveman to complete her goal of achieving a thousand-point brain for Bias, even as Gou tries to warn of the consequences of doing so.

As Kemp finally achieves a thousand-point brain for Bias, Yusuke sneaks into Brain Base to stop the Giga Brain Wave from controlling humanity.
Episode 49
As a Bias with restored youth descends to Earth to continue his cycle of destruction for the sake of knowledge, the Liveman must hold him off and find a way of either changing his ways or stopping the mad genius permanently.
